# {{root}} Environment

{{uranie}} can be seen as a set of extension libraries for {{root}}. As such, its traditional use is 
through the {{root}} tools, in particular the `root` command which offers a C++ interpreter. This is 
presented in this section. In the next section, PyRoot will be presented.
